As you can read on the BushUpdates blog, a number of enthusiastic ‘challengers’ are going to attempt to summit Tanzania’s two highest peaks, Mt. Meru and Mt. Kilimanjaro, in an effort to raise money for the people of Esilalei. The theme of this year’s challenge is ‘Climb For Water’ because the money raised through this sponsor climb will be used, in full, to buy equipment to bring fresh drinking water to the Maasai.

Thanks to the help of one of the challengers in the UK – Stewart and his ‘Asante Sana Foundation’, we now offer the possibility of making your donation on-line through PayPal. The reason your payment will go to the Asante Sana Foundation is that PayPal requires a UK registered charity to accept on-line donations. All transactions, however, will be processed transparently and all donation will be brought by Stewart, in full, to Tanzania when he arrives in country for the challenge.
